Process Service
Process Service is one the most frequent reasons for retaining a private investigator. Often it is a simple matter of serving the defendant(s) with a claim, summons, answer form, eviction notice, divorce papers, et cetera. However, just as often, the subjects have moved, or are aware that they are being pursued for process service, and make every attempt to hide. When this happens, process serving can become much more difficult and time consuming. In general, regular law enforcement agencies will not devote the time necessary to track down and process service on these types of individuals. At Private SpEyEs, we will use whatever means necessary to track down and serve papers on these individuals. As with any aspect of investigation, our investigators aggressively pursue subjects until the job is done. Like all our forms of investigation, there is an hourly charge, plus mileage, plus other expenses but we assure our clients that we will pursue the most feasible and inexpensive direction to take in the investigation, one that will produce the most results in the least amount of time.
