Bull O' The Woods Recording - This web site was a ground-up build that included layout, color scheme, graphic design, logo design, Flash-based music players, Flash-based virtual tour, social networking/marketing integration, copywriting, link building services, hosting, e-mail set-up, Flash-based contact forms, and ongoing social marketing plans, including work on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and YouTube. Briggs Machine & FabricationBriggs Machine & Fabrication - This web site for a local machining and fabrication company was a complete redesign. The project included designing a new layout, color scheme, and graphics; researching target audience, keywords & phrases, competition, writing new web site copy and content, and submitting the site to search engines; photo retouching and formatting; designing and implementing a Flash-based video player; formatting videos for the web; and implementing a map with directions via Google Maps. London Bridge Publishing - This website for a new publishing house was a "from-the-ground-up" job that had to be completed very quickly. The site went from nothing to finished in less than three days. This site included domain name registration, hosting, e-mail set-up and hosting, design, coding, graphics, layout, image editing, Flash-based contact and manuscript submission forms, and content writing by CMDS. Crescent Moon Design Studio also designed the company's logo, began laying out the company's book products, and designed their letterhead and business cards. PrivateSpEyEs: North Idaho Private Investigations - This web site was a ground-up design. Crescent Moon Design Studio designed this private investigator's business cards, letterhead, and web site, all of which carry the same theme and graphics. This site was commissioned based on our Package One Designer Package, including the site design, layout, graphics, copy writing, and hosting. PrivateSpEyEs was also optimized for 15 keywords/phrases, and CMDS performed competition analysis, target market research, and keyword research. Site updated May 2009.

 

Balbriggan Solicitor: William A. James & Co. - The web site for this Irish law firm was completely designed, coded, and written by Crescent Moon Design Studio. Tasks on this project included a Flash header, Flash-based contact forms, Flash ads, complete keyword research, keyword-rich content writing, CSS navigation, and logo design. This site has been online and live for less than a month, and we are already seeing SEO results: the site ranks on the first page for dozens of optimized keywords, and, in many cases, is in the top three results on page one of Google! Phoenix Construction - The Phoenix Contruction Company web site was built for a local company so that their customers could contact them about construction of stick-built and Guerdon Homes. This web site was constructed from the ground up, including all graphic design, content writing, and coding. The site also includes several of Crescent Moon Design Studio's ala carte features, including domain name registration, hosting, and e-mail. This site was also optimized for a few keywords and phrases, and already ranks number one for many of those competitive keywords. The site was launched in June of 2007, and, by September 2007, was getting very good rankings for its optimized keywords. Site updated August 2009. Steve's Custom Home Lighting (design only) - This site was commissioned for the design of the page only, which means that Crescent Moon Design Studio put together a background that suited the site's theme, designed text for banner across the top, and designed a Flash-based navigation bar that included lightbulbs that blink on when users hover over navigation choices. Night Cries - This web site was designed for the release of the book "Night Cries: Sorrow Stones Trilogy, Volume 1" by C. Anne Morgan. This site included hosting, domain name registration, e-mail, graphic design, layout, coding, blogs, and links to merchants who sell the author's book. Perfechter Productions - This site was commissioned for the text of the site only. CMDS performed a complete SEO package on this site, including keyword research, competition research and analysis, target market research and analysis, traffic analysis and research, as well as integrating more than 50 keywords/phrases into the copy. CMDS wrote or re-wrote almost all the text on the site. The site has been redesigned since we did this work in 2005.

 

makemeshiver.com - This site was created as a marketing tool for the up-and-coming local rock band, Make Me Shiver. Crescent Moon Design Studio continues to do a lot of work for the band, but for this site, we designed all the site's graphics, incorporated the band's promotional photos and press kit, created a Flash-based music player both for the band's original material and for their cover songs, and continue to update the site regularly for the band's upcoming shows, album reviews and releases, and recent news. We also host the band's message board and administrate the band's photo gallery, as well as do all the graphic design and photo editing. Site was completely re-designed in September 2009 in anticipation of the band's second album release, Moonshine Valentine, for which CMDS also did the cover artwork design.
